1. Are these programs expensive?

No, the programs are significantly less expensive than any existing computer software program and are approximately the same price as current manuals.

2. What computer requirements are needed to run these programs?
|
Windows 98 or newer or any Mac will suffice
|
3. How much training is needed before an officer can use the programs?
|
Almost none, the programs are self-explanatory and require NO typing. However, if an agency requests training on the programs, we will provide it free of charge once the agency has purchased the software.

4. Do traditional statute books contain more statutes that these programs?
|
Based on our research, there are no statute books used by police agencies that include ALL of the statutes. This is due to the fact that many statutes are not actually criminal violations and would not be needed by officers on the streets. During the development of our programs, we examined every commercially available statute book that we could find and observed many criminal violations that they did not include. We went above and beyond to ensure that our programs not only include all of the sections that they included, but we have actually added many additional statutes to benefit the officers in the field.

5. How do we receive updates as the law changes?

We provide updated software during the subscription period containing updated statutes in “near real time.”

6. CSIP and TSIP are not currently available in my state, when will be able to purchase them?
|

We fully intend to release our programs in every state across the country; however, we are planning on focusing first on the states that show the most interest. So if you contact us, you may actually help your state receive the programs sooner.
